Nagabandham Story
Nagabandham is an upcoming Telugu epic adventure film directed by Abhishek Nama. The film stars Virat Karrna, Nabha Natesh, and Iswarya Menon in the lead roles. Supporting performances are delivered by Jagapathi Babu, Jayaprakash, Murali Sharma, B.S. Avinash, and several other notable actors.
The music is composed by Abhe, with a background score by Junaid Kumar. Cinematography is handled by Soundar Rajan S, while editing is done by RC Pranav. The film is produced by Kishore Annapureddy and Nishitha Nagireddy under the NIK Studios banner, in collaboration with Abhishek Pictures.
Story Plot
A mysterious secret known as Nagabandham, believed to be beyond the understanding of the modern world, becomes the focus of a group of archaeologists led by Prabhakar (Jagapathi Babu), Abdali (Rishabh Sawhney), and Tesla, who discover an ancient manuscript deep in the Himalayas. After deciphering its contents, Tesla and Prabhakar dream of revealing the manuscript's extraordinary secrets to the Central Government and the Prime Minister, hoping it could transform India into a prosperous nation. However, driven by greed and selfish ambition, Abdali murders Tesla's family to seize the manuscript and exploit its hidden power for his own gain.
As Abdali continues his search, he learns that unlocking the mysterious Nagabandham requires obtaining the sacred Brahma Kamalam, which is hidden within the navel of Lord Sri Ranganatha at the revered temple. He orchestrates the theft of the divine flower through his associates. To trace the stolen Brahma Kamalam, the conspirators use Rudra (Virat Karna), a young man from a tribal village, unknowingly drawing him into a dangerous quest. As Rudra searches for the sacred relic, his journey transforms him into a Naga Sadhu, setting the stage for an epic battle between faith, destiny, and evil.
What is the ancient mystery behind the Nagabandham, and why has it remained unsolved for centuries? What is the connection between the Brahma Kamalam and the Nagabandham? Release Date
Nagabandham movie was released in theaters worldwide on 3 July, 2026. The film will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, aiming to reach audiences across India.
