Cobra could’ve been a far more effective thriller if it wasn’t so long. It could’ve also done away with the highly boring romantic track, which hardly helps in keeping the audiences engaged.
Ajay Gnanamuthu manages to get us invested in Mathiazhagan, especially from the moment we get to know of his psychological issues.
Cobra is an underwhelming watch that solely relies on Chiyaan Vikram's acting chops. So, yeah, it hisses but misses.
