After the success of NPCB director Sameer Thahir has joined once again with Dulquer Salmaan for Kali, movie is said to be a romantic thriller. In this movie Premam movie sensation Sai Pallavi will star opposite Dulquer. Siddharth (Dulquer Salmaan) is a young man who struggles with anger management issues from his childhood days. He is married to Anjali (Sai Pallavi) whom he met during the college days. Anjali tries her level best to deal with Siddharth short-tempered nature. This nature slowly starts affecting Siddharth's personal & professional lives and finally lands him in trouble. How he solves his issues forms the crux of the story. Dulquer Salmaan is just brilliant as Siddharth. He perfectly portrays the emotions of the character, without over-playing it. Sai Pallavi has played her role Anjali exceptionally well, even though she struggles with the Malayalam dialogues. The extraordinary on-screen chemistry between Dulquer Salmaan and Sai Pallavi is a treat to watch and the major attraction of the movie. An above-average, visually appealing romantic thriller which will keep you engaged from the beginning till the climax.
