Paramvir Singh Cheema was born on September 22, 1994, in Jalandhar, Punjab, India, into a traditional non-film family. Initially pursuing a stable career path, he completed his degree in law. However, driven by a strong passion for acting, he made a bold decision to leave his legal ambitions behind and step into the world of performance in 2015.
In 2016, Paramvir moved to Mumbai to chase his dreams. Like many aspiring actors, he faced years of struggle marked by constant auditions, rejections, and financial hardships. Despite the challenges, his determination and commitment to his craft kept him going during this difficult phase.
His breakthrough came with the critically acclaimed series Tabbar (2021), where he played the role of Lucky. The performance earned him recognition and appreciation, especially for authentically portraying a Sikh character. He further showcased his versatility with Chamak (2023), playing the intense character Kaala, and appeared in Sapne Vs Everyone (2023), expanding his reach among digital audiences.
Paramvir continued to build his reputation with diverse roles across platforms, including projects like Black Warrant / Pitt Siyapa, where he impressed audiences with a restrained and nuanced performance, proving his wide acting range.
He made his big-screen debut with Border 2 (2026), directed by Anurag Singh. Sharing screen space with stars like Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, and Varun Dhawan, he portrayed Subedar Nishaan Singh—a role that earned him praise for its emotional depth and sincerity.
