The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond (2026) features a fresh ensemble cast, with Adah Sharma not returning for the sequel. The film is led by Ulka Gupta as Surekha, Aditi Bhatia as Divya, and Aishwarya Ojha as Neha, portraying three women from different backgrounds. Supporting performances come from actors like Sumit Gahlawat, Arjan Singh Aujla, Yuktam Khoslla, Alka Amin, and Ramji Bali, among others. Directed by Kamakhya Narayan Singh and produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah along with co-producers Aashin A. Shah and Ravichand Nallappa, the film brings together a new team to expand its narrative scope.

The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond has wrapped up its theatrical run with an estimated ₹52.25 crore net at the Indian box office. While the sequel earned significantly less than its predecessor, which crossed ₹240 crore, it is still considered a commercial success thanks to its relatively modest budget of around ₹28–30 crore. The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond is all set for its OTT premiere on May 1, 2026. The film will stream exclusively on ZEE5, making it accessible to a wider audience. It will be available in Hindi along with dubbed versions in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
