Vishnu Agasthya is a well-known actor in the Malayalam film industry. He is a multi-talented individual who spent many years of his life working as a theater artist. Before becoming an actor, Vishnu Agasthya was a Video Jockey at the popular Tv channel Kiran TV, which comes under Sun Net work.

After working as a Video jockey for a quite long time, he left the job and started focusing on acting. Later he did some short films and featured in many commercials and ads. It narrates the journey of an old man named Pisharody, essayed by actor Indrans, whose life is devoted to traditional solo dance and poetic art. Directed by AV Abhilash, the film hit the theaters and received critical appreciation from the audience as well as critics. Apart from Indran and Vishnu Agasthay 'Alorukkam' featured Srikanth Menon, Shaji M Maruthayathu, Seetha Bala, Deepak Jayapraksh, and Sreshma Vijayan.

According to the latest reports, Vishnu Agasthya 's latest release 'RDX' was released in theaters on August 25 and got good responses from the audience and critics alike. Talking about its box-office performance, the movie crossed the remarkable milestone of Rs 60 crores at the worldwide box office. The report says that the movie breaks the box-office collection of Dulquer Salmaan's 'King Of Kotha' and Nivin Pauly 's 'Ramachandran Boss & Co'.
