Ajay Devgn Upcoming Movies: Drishyam 3, Chouhaan, Golmaal 5 & More Exciting Films

Chauhaan is an upcoming action thriller starring Ajay Devgn, with its teaser released on June 25, 2026, on the birth anniversary of his father, Veeru Devgan. Set against the 2018 Pulwama backdrop, the film follows a fearless security officer tackling militant unrest when conventional methods fail. Slated for a worldwide release on October 1, 2027, the teaser hints at a gritty, high-energy action drama with a powerful mass appeal. 

The Hindi remake of Drishyam 3, starring Ajay Devgn, is slated for a theatrical release on October 2, 2026, popularly celebrated by fans as “Drishyam Day.” Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the film completed its principal photography in early June 2026 and is currently in post-production. While inspired by Mohanlal’s original Malayalam version, the Hindi adaptation will feature a fresh, fast-paced family thriller narrative with new twists and a distinct screenplay. The film also sees exciting additions to the cast, including Jaideep Ahlawat and Prakash Raj, alongside returning stars Tabu and Shriya Saran. 

The upcoming Hindi action-adventure film Ranger is set to hit theatres on December 4, 2026. Directed by Jagan Shakti, the film stars Ajay Devgn as Ranger Singh, a dedicated forest officer who takes on a dangerous animal poaching syndicate deep in the wilderness. Adding to the excitement, Sanjay Dutt plays the primary antagonist, setting up a high-octane face-off with Devgn, while Tamannaah Bhatia appears in a key role, making Ranger one of the most anticipated action films of the year. 

Golmaal 5 is an upcoming Hindi comedy directed by Rohit Shetty, set for a theatrical release in 2027 and marking 20 years of the iconic franchise. Filming began in April 2026 in Ooty, with Ajay Devgn returning as Gopal alongside the original gang, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, and Kunal Kemmu. The film also sees the much-awaited comeback of Sharman Joshi, while Akshay Kumar joins the franchise in a new avatar and Priyamani takes on a negative role. Adding to the fun, comedy favorites Sanjay Mishra and Mukesh Tiwari reprise their popular roles. 

Dhamaal 4 is a Hindi adventure-comedy directed by Indra Kumar, released in theatres on July 10, 2026, as the fourth installment of the popular franchise and a sequel to Total Dhamaal (2019). The film follows the iconic gang on a chaotic quest for the “Treasure of Life,” packed with misadventures and comedy. The ensemble cast includes Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi, Sanjay Mishra, and Ravi Kishan, along with supporting actors like Sanjeeda Sheikh, Esha Gupta, Upendra Limaye, and Anjali Anand.
