Rao Bahadur Early Review: Rao Bahadur, the upcoming Telugu psychological drama headlined by Satyadev, is scheduled to release in theatres on July 3, 2026. Ahead of its theatrical debut, a report published by Filmibeat Telugu has shared details about the film's CBFC certification, runtime and the pre-release feedback it has reportedly received.

According to the report, Rao Bahadur recently completed the certification process with the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The publication stated that members of the examining committee appreciated the film's emotional treatment, screenplay and dialogues. It also reported that the way writer-director Venkatesh Maha handled the narrative and concluded the climax received a favourable response during the certification process, following which the film was cleared for release.

The report further states that Rao Bahadur has been awarded a UA 16+ certificate. The story of Rao Bahadur follows Ramappa (Satyadev), a 60-year-old man living with a physical ailment. It also follows his relationship with Renuka (Deepa Thomas), why he ends up living a lonely life without her, and the incidents from his younger days involving love and family emotions.

Rao Bahadur is presented by GMB Entertainment, backed by Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar, and is produced by Chinta Gopalakrishna Reddy, Anurag Reddy, and Sharath Chandra under the banners Sri Chakras Entertainment, A+S Movies, and Mahayana Motion Pictures.
