The popular musical reality show on Sony, Indian Idol 7 has been entertaining the audiences with its exceptional musical performances every week. The talented contestants are heaping praises for their singing skills from judges and audiences alike.
The countdown for the finale has begun and the grand finale of the show will be held on April 2. Recently, LV Revanth and Rohit visited their hometown, Hyderabad. Needless to say, they received a grand welcome from their family and fans.

Vidya Bowled Over By Maalavika's Performance
The judges and the special guest were bowled over by Maalavika's classical performance. She sang 'Piya Bawri'. Vidya couldn't stop praising the singer and she even interacted with Maalavika in Tamil.
Magical Performances
While Khuda Baksh sang the peppy number 'Mast Kalandar', PVNS Rohit sang the hit number 'Tumse Milke Dil Ka Hai Jo Haal' and heaped praises for their performances.
Anu Malik Praises Revanth
Revanth rendered the soulful number, 'Yeh Moh Moh Ke Dhaage' leaving everyone speechless. Sonu Nigam praised him for his perfect singing and Anu Malik, who is the original composer of the song, called Revanth as his Indian Idol.
Maalavika Gets Evicted
By the end of the episode, this season of Indian Idol got its 3 finalists. Maalavika Sundar got evicted and bid a tearful goodbye to the show.
Sonakshi & Vishal Dadlani Are The Special Guests
Yesterday (March 26), Sonakshi Sinha and Vishal Dadlani were the special guests of the evening. The episode began with Khuda Baksh singing the song 'Tere Mast Mast Do Nain' and heaped praises for his singing skills. Farah even went on to say that, his version is better than the original.
Revanth Dances With Sonakshi
Next came Revanth, who sang 'Malhari' and won the hearts of both judges and the special guests. Revanth invited Sonakshi on stage and the duo danced on 'Saree Ke Fall Sa'.
Rohit's Superhit Performance
Last but not the least, Rohit's rendition of 'Bin Tere' was loved by everyone. Anu Malik, Farah Khan and Sonakshi praised him for his performance and gave him a standing ovation.
Lastly, Sonakshi and Vishal performed live on 'Gulabi Aankhen' from Sonakshi's upcoming film 'Noor'.
