Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's Ishima, Divyanka Tripathi, spent Mother's Day with her parents in Bhopal. The actress gave her mother a surprise visit on Mother's Day as it also happens to be her parents' wedding anniversary.
Divyanka Tripathi, one of the most popular actresses in the country today, made sure she celebrated the special day with her mother, Neelam Tripathi. And since the day also happens to be her parents' wedding anniversary, she surprised them by giving them a surprise visit in Bhopal.
The actress credits her mother for helping her overcome a bad break-up. "All these years in Mumbai I was like a rock, independent and confident. Then one day, I broke up with a guy. My soul was broken into pieces and was left shattered. The came in my super mom, who carefully assembled me back, took care of me like I was a baby, lifted my spirits like i was a teenaged and reminded me how beautifully I have embraced my womanhood. I owe this one to her big time and a simple thank you is not enough," Divyanka told in a recent interview to Hindustan Times.
Divyanka has hit all the right chords through her role as a loving mother in the show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. She plays Ishita, who marries a divorcee just to become the mother of his daughter, Ruhi. The mother-daughter chemistry is such a big hit, the show owes its success to it. The actress might have found it easy to play a mother on-screen due to her loving real-life mother.
