Pradeep Ranganathan's Next Aane Wala Star Announced: Mamitha Baiju Leads First PR Show Production

The film marks the beginning of Pradeep's journey as a full-fledged producer. While he has previously been associated with productions in a supporting capacity, Aane Wala Star is the first film to be produced under his own banner, PR Show. Pradeep has penned the story for the project, while the film has been written and directed by a collective of six filmmakers working under the name The Alpha Unit.

Aane Wala Star: Cast and Technical Crew

The directorial team comprises Vishal TR, Yash V, Naren Saoda, Chanakkiyan R, Dhanush Kumar, and Ilamparithi. Instead of a single director, the makers have opted for a collaborative filmmaking approach for the project.

Apart from Mamitha Baiju and Ashwath Marimuthu, the cast also includes Sivaji Sontineni, Swasika, Anamika Mahi, and Lizzie Antony in key roles. The makers have not disclosed story details or confirmed the film's genre, although more announcements are expected in the coming months.

The launch video also introduced a promotional track titled Aane Wala Star, composed, sung, and produced by Sai Abhyankkar. The song features lyrics credited to Dholu Bholu and serves as the first musical glimpse of the project. Sai Abhyankkar, who previously collaborated with Pradeep, returns to compose the music for this production.

On the technical side, Dinesh Purushothaman has been signed as the cinematographer, while Pradeep E. Ragav will handle editing. Aswin Lara has been appointed production designer. Deepan Raj serves as the creative lead, with Ramesh Narayanan taking charge as creative producer. The action sequences will be choreographed by Dinesh Kasi, while Tapas Nayak will oversee sound mixing.

The film is reportedly slated for release in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam, while details regarding its release date remain under wraps.

Pradeep Ranganathan was most recently seen in Love Insurance Kompany (LIK), which released earlier this year. Before that, he established himself as one of the prominent young names in Tamil cinema with films such as Comali, Love Today, Dragon, and Dude. Having worked as a director, writer, actor, and lyricist over the years, he now adds producer to his list of responsibilities with the launch of PR Show.

The announcement has also reunited Pradeep with Mamitha Baiju, following their collaboration on Dude. Ashwath Marimuthu, who is also part of the cast, joins hands with Pradeep once again after working together previously in Dragon.

For now, the production house has limited its announcement to the launch video and title reveal. Additional information, including the storyline, release schedule, and further casting details, is expected to be shared by the makers at a later stage.
