Gatta Kusthi 2 Box Office Collection Day 10: Vishnu Vishal & Aishwarya Lekshmi's Film Crosses ₹42 Cr Worldwide

Written and directed by Chella Ayyavu, Gatta Kusthi 2 is the sequel to the 2022 film Gatta Kusthi. The film features Vishnu Vishal and Aishwarya Lekshmi in the lead roles, with Karunas, Munishkanth, and Kaali Venkat appearing in supporting roles.

According to box office tracking website Sacnilk, the film collected an estimated ₹3.40 crore India net on Day 10 across 1,594 shows. The latest figure represents a 6.2% increase over its Day 9 collection of ₹3.20 crore, indicating a modest upward trend over the weekend.

With the latest addition, Gatta Kusthi 2 has accumulated ₹30.35 crore India net after ten days in theatres. The film's India gross collection currently stands at ₹34.85 crore, while its overseas earnings have reached ₹7.95 crore gross, including ₹0.70 crore collected on the second Sunday. This takes the film's worldwide gross collection to ₹42.80 crore.

The film opened with ₹2.70 crore on its first Friday before witnessing a sharp jump over its opening weekend. It collected ₹4.95 crore on Saturday and ₹6.20 crore on Sunday, concluding its first weekend on a stronger note. However, collections declined during the weekdays, with daily earnings ranging between ₹1.75 crore and ₹2.35 crore, helping the film finish its first week with ₹22.10 crore India net.

The film earned ₹1.65 crore on its second Friday before rising to ₹3.20 crore on Saturday. Sunday's collection increased further to ₹3.40 crore, making it the film's best-performing day of the second weekend.

Occupancy figures also reflected this improvement. The film recorded 23% occupancy on the second Friday, which increased to 41% on Saturday before reaching 44% on Sunday.
