She recalled Sreyas tried to imply something beyond professional boundaries and told her, "There is commitment (adjustment)". To which, she replied, "What commitment? Why should I give commitment?" Then, Manya claimed that Sreyas tried further even after her refusal. According to her, Sreyas further asked, "You will not comply even if it's Dhanush sir?"

A day after her shocking revelations, Manya has now issued a clarification on her Instagram story and urged everyone not to "spread false news". She clarified that it was a fake person, trying to impersonate Sreyas, Dhanush's manager.

Taking to her Insta story, she shared a note that read, "Hi all this is regarding my recent interview with Cineulagam (link mentioned). I noticed that several channels are spreading wrong information about Dhanush sir based on that interview. Please watch the original video where I clearly mentioned that the person who contacted may be a fake person claiming to be Shreyas and asking for movies. I also said that I would be sharing that number with Dhanush sir's team to get it clarified. I kindly request everyone not to spread false news.
