Vikram to be honoured with Doctorate

Chiyaan Vikram will soon turn Dr. Vikram, as a foreign university has decided to honour him with an honorary doctorate. The University of Milan, one of the largest universities in Italy, will award him the same for his outstanding work in film industry.

Vikram announced the news yesterday at SRM University's national cultural festival in Kattankulathur. Interestingly, the festival organized by the college was Milan-2011. However, the actor interacted with the college students and had a chat on various topics.

Meanwhile, Vikram has completed Deiva Magan and eagerly waiting for its release, which is schedule to hit the screens in April. His next film with Susindran will start from April 6.
