Toy Story 5: Meet The Returning Favourites And New Faces Of Disney And Pixar’s Toy Story 5

Already winning hearts at global premieres and emerging as one of the most anticipated family films of the summer, Disney and Pixar's Toy Story 5 explores what happens when traditional toys come face-to-face with modern technology. When Bonnie becomes attached to Lilypad, a smart tablet with her own ideas about friendship and play, Woody, Buzz, Jessie and the gang find themselves confronting a challenge unlike any they've faced before.

As playtime evolves, old friends reunite, new alliances are formed, and the toys embark on an adventure that tests what it truly means to be there for their kid.

Before the film arrives in cinemas, here's a closer look at the beloved returning characters and the new toys joining the Toy Story universe.

Returning Favourites

Woody (voiced by Tom Hanks)

Woody is happily travelling with Bo Peep and her toy-rescue squad when an unexpected call brings him back to Bonnie's room. Reuniting with his best friend Buzz Lightyear, Woody sets out on a mission to rescue Jessie and Bullseye while confronting a new threat to playtime.

Buzz Lightyear (voiced by Tim Allen)

Now serving as Deputy to Sheriff Jessie, Buzz is committed to keeping order in Bonnie's room. When Jessie and Bullseye go missing, Buzz teams up with Woody once again to bring their friends home and help Bonnie navigate a changing world.

Jessie (voiced by Joan Cusack)

As Bonnie's new Sheriff, Jessie takes her responsibility seriously. Determined to help Bonnie make friends and embrace playtime, Jessie finds herself on an unexpected journey when she and Bullseye become separated from the gang.

Bullseye

Loyal as ever, Bullseye remains by Bonnie's side through every adventure. But when he and Jessie are separated from their friends, Bullseye embarks on a journey that teaches him what it truly means to be there for his kid.

Meet the New Toys

Lilypad (voiced by Greta Lee)

Bonnie's latest favourite toy, Lilypad is a frog-shaped smart tablet designed to help kids stay connected. Confident, resourceful and always one step ahead, she believes chatting with friends on "The Pond" is the best way to help Bonnie fit in. While Lilypad and Jessie couldn't be more different, both share the same goal: helping Bonnie thrive.

Smarty Pants (voiced by Conan O'Brien)

A sarcastic toilet-training tech toy with a sharp tongue and even sharper wit, Smarty Pants has spent years forgotten in storage. When he's unexpectedly called into action, he gets a second chance to prove he's more than just a smart aleck.

Snappy (voiced by Shelby Rabara)

An enthusiastic toy camera with a love for memories, Snappy is eager to help wherever she can. After years tucked away in a junk drawer, she's finally back in action and ready for a new adventure.

Atlas (voiced by Craig Robinson)

Cheerful and dependable, Atlas is a talking toy hippo who always knows the way. Equipped with a built-in GPS, Atlas has spent years forgotten in Blaze's tech junk drawer. All he needs is a fresh set of batteries to spring back into action and guide his fellow toys on their next adventure. Loyal, optimistic, and always ready to help, Atlas proves that getting lost is just another way to find something new.

Bonnie (voiced by Scarlett Spears)

Now eight years old, Bonnie is growing up and finding it harder to connect with her peers, who seem more interested in screens than toys. As she questions whether she's outgrown playtime, her toys rally together to remind her of the joy and imagination that come with it.
