According to TMZ, Tate Paul has filed for a restraining order against his ex-wife in Utah as part of their ongoing 2022 divorce case.

Court documents obtained by the outlet reportedly show that he is also seeking sole custody of their two children, Indy and Ocean. The filing comes amid renewed scrutiny surrounding Taylor's personal life and legal issues.

Taylor Frankie Paul is also involved in a separate custody dispute with ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen over their 2-year-old son, Ever. As reported by Us Weekly, the Bluffdale Police Department confirmed that Mortensen contacted authorities on June 26 with questions regarding the protective order governing Ever's visitation.

He reportedly sought clarification on whether the order had been violated during a child exchange and who was permitted to assist with drop-off and pick-up arrangements.
