The story follows a deeply troubled young man who shifts to a remote mountain mansion while trying to escape his painful past. However, he is forced to deal with dark secrets hidden within the house.

Ahead of the release of the film, critic Kuldeep Gadhvi shared the first review of Haunted 3D on social media, giving the film 4 stars.

He called it a chilling supernatural thriller, praising the suspense and the mystery. The critic also praised the visuals and sounds. He specifically lauded Mimoh and Chetna's acting. "Both actors delivered strong, very convincing performances on screen," he mentioned in his post.
