A video is going viral on social media where a man in plain clothes can be seen attacking the students, who hit the streets of New Delhi in response to CJP's 'Chalo Sansad' call. The students, who came from different parts of India, demanded Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation, citing his lack of accountability in the NEET paper leaks.
Amit Kilhor identified the man, who brutally beat the students in Delhi on Monday (July 20). The YouTuber claimed that the man, reportedly named Honey Singh Dagar, is a Delhi Police Constable. He stated that the man got the job on compensatory grounds after his father did.
"A constable who got his job on compensatory grounds after demise of his father, was seen beating students and girls in plain clothes (sic)," Amit wrote while sharing a video on Instagram.
Anurag Kashyap took a screenshot from the video and posted on Instagram, asking his followers to identify the men who attacked the students. Expressing his displeasure, the Gangs Of Wasseypur director wrote, "His name Honey Singh Dagar . He was one of them who beat up students yesterday . Identify each one and we will amplify them . Thank you @amitkilhor (sic)."
