Despite his hectic work schedule, Bollywood's Shahenshah, Amitabh Bachchan, always manages to find time to share posts on his personal blog and X (formerly Twitter).
Recently, Big B made a heartfelt update on his blog in which he cryptically talked about undergoing surgery, the challenges of recovery and returning home after being discharged. In his blog, the actor didn't exactly reveal what surgery he had to undergo. In fact, the 'Kalki 2898 AD' actor also did not reveal that he was talking about himself in the post.
Meanwhile, Big B fans are left in deep worry about the health of the actor.

In his latest late-night blog post, Bachchan revealed the post-surgery "homecoming" period is the most difficult part. The actor wrote, ".. in Hospital in a surgery and in the ICU, under the care of proficient Doctors and medical Staff .. a discharge .. and a homecoming ..".
He added, "this homecoming period is the most difficult phase .. physically, psychologically and practically ..".
Sharing a philosophical take, he continued, ".. you are a revered Champion and one day a defeat stares at you .. this is the most difficult phase of your life ..
some brave it .. some succumb .. they that strive and be brave ever remain Champions .. they that do not , get reconciled and live, exist in the past glory .. a choice each makes individually .."

This isn't the first time Amitabh Bachchan's health has made headlines. In May 2026, reports suggested that he had been admitted to Nanavati Hospital. However, a source later clarified that the visit was merely part of his routine monthly health check-up, and the veteran actor was discharged and returned home later that day.
On the work front, Big B was recently seen filming for Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD Part 2.
