Psycho Saiyaan is a romantic thriller featuring Ravi Kishan, Tejasswi Prakash, Anud Singh Dhaka, Srishti Shrivastava, Vaarun Bhagat, Ashwini Kalsekar, and Surbhi Chandna in key roles. The series is produced by Parin Multimedia Pvt Ltd and Freedom One LLP, with Saurabh Tewari, Sumeet Chaudhry, Kewal Sethi, and Hitesh Bhatia as producers. Saurabh Tewari also serves as the creative producer, while the show is directed by Ajay Bhuyan.

The story centers on Kartik, a poetic student in Ujjain who becomes fixated on Charu, believing she is his destiny. But the arrival of ruthless gangster-politician Huntry Chauhan pulls them into a violent world where love turns toxic, obsession deepens, and sanity begins to blur into madness.
Tejasswi Prakash is making her much-anticipated OTT acting debut with the romance thriller Psycho Saiyaan, set to stream on Amazon MX Player. She previously gained massive popularity on television through shows like Swaragini and Naagin 6, along with her winning stint on Bigg Boss 15. Her pairing with Karan Kundrra is also widely loved by fans.
