On Saturday (January 31), Ram Charan's father, Chiranjeevi, took to social media to share the good news with his followers. The veteran Tollywood actor revealed that Ram and Upasana have been blessed with a baby boy and a baby girl.

Chiranjeevi, who is on cloud nine after the arrival of two little members in his family, shared a heartfelt post on X. He wrote, "With immense joy and a heart full of gratitude, we are happy to share that @AlwaysRamCharan and @upasanakonidela have been blessed with twins - a baby boy and a baby girl."

The actor said that Upasana and the twins are healthy and doing fine. He tweeted, "Both the babies and the mother are healthy and doing well. Welcoming these little ones into our family is a moment of pure joy and divine blessing for us as grandparents. We sincerely thank everyone for their prayers, love, blessings and good wishes."

Ram Charan's First Daughter Klin Kaara Is Now Elder Sister

Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela welcomed their first child, a daughter, on June 20, 2023 after over a decade of marriage. They have named their little munchkin- Klin Kaara Konidela. According to The Times Of India, the name Klin Kaara has been derived from the ancient Hindu book- Lalitha Sahasranamam.

Little Klin is now a proud elder sister as Ram and Upasana have welcomed new members in their happy family. Considering Klin's unique name, we are hopeful that the twins will also have unique and beautiful names.

Last year, Upasana shared a glimpse of her baby shower ceremony on Instagram as she wished her fans on Diwali.

Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela had announced her second pregnancy with the baby shower video. Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Nagarjuna and other family members had joined the celebrations amid Diwali 2025 festivities.

Upasana looked radiant in a blue salwar suit and a diamond jewellery set. The pregnancy glow on her face was visible in the viral clip.

When Upasana Spoke About Freezing Her Eggs And The Reason Behind It

In an earlier interview, Upasana revealed that she had decided to freeze her eggs early in her marriage.

"Ram and I took a call very early in our marriage when it comes to storing our eggs. We definitely believed that for various reasons we need to focus on our careers at that point in time. Today, both of us are at a stable place where we can afford to take care of the child with the income we are generating by ourselves and give our child that lifestyle and stability," Upasana told Mid-Day in an interview.
