Actor and former Bigg Boss 2 contestant Sambhavna Seth and spouse Avinash Dwivedi have shared that they are expecting their first child through surrogacy, after several failed IVF procedures and a miscarriage, turning a difficult fertility journey into hopeful news for followers who have closely watched their story unfold online.

The couple revealed the pregnancy in a joint social media post, posing with tiny baby shoes. The caption read: "We are PREGNANT. Our most beautiful story is now in production, through love, hope, and SURROGACY. Countdown Begins." Supporters quickly sent wishes, noting the couple’s earlier openness about loss.

Before speaking at length about medical struggles, Sambhavna continued regular work in television and films. Sambhavna Seth was last seen on television in 2019 in the series Gudiya Hamari Sabhi Pe Bhari. Around that period, Sambhavna also appeared in the Bhojpuri film Nirahua Chalal London, performing in the song Pandit Ji Ka Beta Hai.

Later, Sambhavna and Avinash began sharing their attempts to become parents through IVF, documenting the experience in detailed vlogs. In December, they disclosed that a much-awaited pregnancy had ended in miscarriage. The couple said several IVF cycles had already failed before that loss, adding emotional and physical strain.

Avinash explained in one vlog that they had faced complications for a long time but stayed hopeful during the last pregnancy. Avinash said, "The baby's heartbeat was present, but during the most recent scan, the doctors were unable to detect it. Nobody was able to figure out the reason for this occurring," Avinash stated.

In the same video, Sambhavna described the medical routine followed for that pregnancy. Sambhavna said 65 injections were given across three months, which were painful yet necessary. Sambhavna also mentioned carefully following every instruction. In a separate interview, Sambhavna commented on medical negligence, saying, 'I was carrying it for 15 days unaware of the loss’.

Earlier, Sambhavna recalled that early reports had appeared reassuring. The actor said, "During the second scan, we were informed there were no twins, just one baby, but everything still appeared normal. Later, when I experienced pain once more, the doctor indicated it might signal a miscarriage. While the next scan took place, I continued to observe the doctor's expression, and I realised something was amiss," she stated.

The couple’s choice of surrogacy followed these experiences, and the current pregnancy has been framed as a cautious new chapter. While detailed medical timelines have not been shared, Sambhavna and Avinash have indicated they will keep followers updated, as they have throughout their fertility journey, while also focusing on privacy during this period.
