Parasakthi Synopsis, Cast, and Crew

Parasakthi is set in Tamil Nadu during the 1960s, a period marked by widespread protests against the imposition of Hindi as an official language. The narrative follows two brothers whose lives unfold in parallel as they respond differently to the socio-political movement around them. Through their experiences, the film explores how political developments influence personal choices and family dynamics during a turbulent phase in the state's history.

The cast includes Ravi Mohan, Atharvaa, and Sreeleela, who makes her Tamil film debut with this project. Supporting roles are played by Dev Ramnath, Prithvi Rajan, Guru Somasundaram, Basil Joseph, and Papri Ghosh.

The film is produced by Aakash Baskaran, with Sudha Kongara serving as both writer and director, alongside Arjun Nadesan as co-writer. The technical team includes Ravi K. Chandran, ISC, as director of photography, and Sathish Suriya handling the editing, while production design is overseen by M.R. Karthik Rajkumar. Action sequences are choreographed by Supreme Sundar, with choreography for songs by Brinda, Kruti Mahesh, and Anusha Viswanathan. Lyrics are penned by Yugabharathi, Ekadesi, Arivu, Kaber Vasuki, and Jayashree Mathimaran, while sound design is managed by Suren G and S. Alagiakoothan. The film's visual effects are supervised by K.V. Sanjit, with colour grading by Ashirwad Hadkar, and post-production coordinated under Milind Rau.

As the film progresses through its early run, attention remains on how it sustains momentum in its core market during Pongal. For now, Parasakthi has secured a firm start in Tamil Nadu, setting the stage for its performance over the coming days.
