Jana Nayagan Trailer Release: The trailer of the upcoming Tamil political action thriller Jana Nayagan is scheduled for release later today, January 3. The announcement was made by KVN Productions, which shared the update through its social media platforms on January 1. The trailer will be unveiled simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi, marking a key promotional milestone ahead of the film's theatrical release.

Directed by H. Vinoth, Jana Nayagan features Vijay in the lead role, alongside Mamitha Baiju, Pooja Hegde, and Bobby Deol. The film has drawn considerable attention, as it is expected to be Vijay's final on-screen appearance before his planned full-time entry into politics. It also marks KVN Productions' first Tamil-language feature film.

Jana Nayagan is scheduled to hit theaters on January 9, 2026, aligning with the Pongal festival period. The film's music has been composed by Anirudh Ravichander, while cinematography is handled by Sathyan Sooryan. Editing duties are managed by Pradeep E. Ragav. The technical team also includes Anl Arasu as action choreographer and V. Selvakumar as production designer.

Ahead of the trailer launch, the film's audio release event was held on December 27, 2025, at Bukit Jalil National Stadium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Titled Thalapathy Thiruvizha, the event brought together the lead cast and crew, with Vijay making a public appearance. The event also featured a tribute concert with live performances by Anirudh Ravichander and several playback singers, including Anuradha Sriram, S. P. Charan, Tippu, Shweta Mohan, Andrea Jeremiah, and others.
