While considering the big drop of Revolver Rita at the box office, it is going to be a tough first week for the film, at the theatres.

When it comes to the worldwide box office collection, Revolver Rita is still struggling to touch the ₹3 crore mark globally. The lack of pre-release hype and word-of-mouth publicity are clearly impacting the Keerthy Suresh starrer, which hit the theatres after multiple delays. However, things are expected to get better from the second weekend, as the Holiday season will officially begin soon.

Keerthy Suresh appears in the role of Rita, a no-nonsense young woman from Pondicherry, in Revolver Rita. The protagonist supports her mother Chellamma (Radhika Sarathkumar) and two sisters amid multiple family struggles. Their simple life flips during her niece's birthday party, when gangster Dracula Pandian (Super Subbarayan) bursts in a drunken state with a gun.
