Patriot Day 1 Kerala Advance Booking: The Kerala advance booking for Patriot, the upcoming Malayalam spy action thriller starring Mammootty and Mohanlal, opened on Tuesday, April 28, and the film has already recorded strong initial pre-sales for its first day. According to the latest update shared by film industry tracker AB George on X, the film's Day 1 Kerala pre-sales reached ₹1.53 crore from 1,104 shows within just four hours of bookings going live.

The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on May 1, 2026, and the early booking numbers indicate strong interest ahead of its opening weekend. The tracker's post also highlighted that Mammootty and Mohanlal are appearing together in full-fledged roles in the same film after 18 years, with Twenty20 (2008) being the last such major collaboration often referenced by fans.

Patriot Cast And Crew Details

Directed by Mahesh Narayanan, Patriot is a spy action thriller that brings together several prominent names from Malayalam cinema. Apart from Mammootty and Mohanlal, the film also stars Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban, Nayanthara, Darshana Rajendran, and Revathy in important roles.

The project also marks another notable collaboration between Mammootty and Mohanlal after 13 years since Kadal Kadannu Oru Maathukutty (2013), adding further attention around the release. The cast also includes Rajiv Menon, Prakash Belawadi, Grace Antony, Indrans, Zarin Shihab, Jinu Joseph, Danish Husain, Shaheen Siddique, Ishan Shoukath, Saanya Nair, Sreeparvathy, Geethi Sangeetha, and Sanal Aman.

In the film, Mammootty plays Dr. Daniel James, while Mohanlal appears as Colonel Rahim Naik. Fahadh Faasil takes on the role of Shakthi Sundaram, and Kunchacko Boban plays Michael Devassy. Rajiv Menon portrays J.P. Sundaram, the father of Fahadh's character.

Patriot is written, directed, and co-edited by Mahesh Narayanan. The film is produced by Anto Joseph and K. G. Anil Kumar, with C. R. Saleem and Subhash George Manuel serving as co-producers under the banner of Anto Joseph Productions.
