According to a report published in Sacnilk, Patriot recorded an evening occupancy of 51.67% today (day 3/ first Sunday) as compared to 50% footfall on day 2 (first Saturday)

To note, Patriot witnessed a downward trend in collection and earned Rs 4.14cr today on day 3 (first Sunday) taking the overall collection to Rs 20.29cr. It is evident that Patriot will fail to beat Mohanlal's L2: Empuraan which minted Rs 13.25cr on day 3 and Rs 13.65 (first Sunday). For the uninitiated, L2E made a collection of Rs 26.9cr during the opening weekend.

Meanwhile, talking about reuniting with Mohanlal after 18 years, Mammootty told The Hollywood Reporter, "It was normal, nothing special about it. We are normal human beings, close friends. The two hooligans coming from two sides and shaking hands cannot be because we're playing friends, it is an entirely different kind of role".
