The Malayalam romantic drama film, which stars Unni Mukundan and Aparna Balamurali hit the theatres in December 2025, after a very long delay. Mindiyum Paranjum, directed by Arun Bose, received decent reviews from the audiences, but went largely unnoticed in theatres. The movie is now finally set to have its OTT release.

After a long wait, Mindiyum Paranjum is finally gearing up to have its OTT release, very soon. As per the latest updates, Unni Mukundan and Aparna Balamurali's romantic drama is all set to have its streaming debut on the popular platform Sun NXT. The Arun Bose directorial will be available to watch online on the platform from Friday, February 6, 2026.

"A love that speaks through glances, moments, and emotions. Streaming exclusively on Sun NXT from 6 Feb," reads the X (formerly Twitter) handle of the popular streaming platform. According to the reports, Mindiyum Paranjum will be available on the platform on in its original Malayalam version. The makers reportedly have no plans to dub the film in other languages, yet.

Mindiyum Paranjum Plot, Cast And Crew

The Arun Bose directorial is based on the lives of Sanal and Leena, a young Malayali couple who are in a long-distance marriage. The husband is busy pursuing his career in the Middle East, while the wife lives in her hometown Idukki, Kerala. Mindiyum Paranjum revolves around their long-distance marriage, longing for each other, and the everyday conversations that connect them despite being physically separated.

Unni Mukundan and Aparna Balamurali play the roles of Sanal and Leena respectively in the film, which stars Jaffar Idukki, Jude Anthany Joseph, Mala Parvathi, Sohan Seenulal, RJ Vijitha, Sanju, Geethi Sangeethi, RJ Murugan, and Shiva Hariharan in the key roles. Sooraj S Kurup composed the music score for the film. Madhu Ambat is the director of photography. Kiran Das handled the editing.
