CONFIRMED: Mohanlal-Prithviraj's Lucifer To Start Rolling In May 2018

Luficer, the Mohanlal starrer which marks the directorial debut of Prithviraj was postponed indefinitely, to the much disappointment of the movie lovers. Recently, director Murali Gopy revealed when will Lucifer go on floors.

In a recent interview, the scenarist confirmed that the Mohanlal-Prithviraj movie will start rolling in May 2018. According to some believable sources, the big budget movie is slated to release for Onam 2018.

Murali Gopy stated that making a movie which satisfies both the movie lovers and Mohanlal fans. But, the writer assured that the movie will make use of both the exceptional acting skills and star status.

Prithviraj, the director of the movie, is currently busy with his acting commitments. Murali Gopy confirmed that Prithvi will finish his committed projects within 2018 beginning, to join the Lucifer team.

Earlier, it was rumoured that the movie has been shelved, due to Mohanlal and Prithviraj's busy schedules. Later, it was also reported that the team is considering another director for Lucifer, due to Prithvi's unavailability.

But, producer Antony Perumbavoor and scenarist Murali Gopy slammed the rumours and confirmed that Lucifer is very much in the pipeline. The rest of the star cast and further details of the movie will be revealed soon.
