Super Hit OTT Release Date: The Kannada film Super Hit, featuring Gilli Nata, Gowrav Shetty, Shwetha, Pramod Shetty, and Dragon Manju, is preparing for its digital release after completing its theatrical run earlier this year. Directed by Vijayanand, the movie was released in cinemas on February 27, 2026, and combines elements of comedy, drama, and mystery within a road movie.

The story follows Satya, Madhu, and Bhupathi as they travel together in a yellow car bearing the registration number KA 09 MH 2412. Satya carries the personal goal of fulfilling his mother's wish of seeing him secure a government job, while Madhu hides a mysterious past that slowly unfolds during the journey. Bhupathi, who refers to himself as Munna Bhai, adds humour and emotional depth to the road trip through his conversations and unusual outlook on life.

As the journey progresses, the film gradually reveals hidden details about the characters through shifting timelines and personal stories. Along the way, the trio encounter several eccentric individuals and unexpected situations that contribute to the film's light conversational tone. The narrative later introduces a crime angle, bringing elements of suspense into the otherwise humour-driven story.

The film has been produced by Umesh G under the Vijayalakshmi Enterprises banner. Vijayanand handled the story, screenplay, dialogues, and direction. Music and lyrics for the project were composed by Dr V Nagendra Prasad, while cinematography was managed by R D Nagarjun. Editing was handled by Srikanth.

The supporting cast includes Sadhu Kokila, Tennis Krishna, Giri, Govinde Gowda, Dr V Nagendra Prasad, Kari Subbu, Somanna, Ajay Sarapure, Swapna Shettygar, Ashwin Rao, and Priya Tarun. The technical crew also features Sathish as art director and Jagadish as costume designer.
