Rajpal Yadav Bail Updates: Will Rajpal Yadav Come Out Of Tihar Jail Tomorrow?

For those unfamiliar with the case, the controversy dates back to when Rajpal Yadav allegedly took a loan of ₹5 crore from Murali Projects Pvt Ltd to fund his directorial film Ata Pata Laapata. After the film failed commercially, the actor reportedly faced financial difficulties, leading to delays in repayment. Several cheques issued in connection with the loan later bounced, resulting in legal proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act.

In April 2018, a magistrate's court convicted Yadav and his wife under Section 138 and sentenced them to six months in jail. Although the actor challenged the ruling through appeals, the legal battle stretched over the years, with the total outstanding amount reportedly increasing to nearly ₹9 crore.

Talking to SCREEN, Rajpal Yadav's manager Goldie has revealed that the hearing for the actor's 9-cr cheque bounce case has been scheduled for tomorrow (Thursday, Feb 12). He is hoping that Rajpal will get bail and walk out of Tihar jail tomorrow.
