Overseas revenue of ₹15.60 crore forms a key part of the ₹67.50 crore worldwide figure. This suggests that word-of-mouth and diaspora viewership have played a significant role in sustaining shows abroad.

According to Sacnilk's early estimates, the movie earned Rs 3.15 crore in India on Thursday (February 19), taking the first-week box office collection to a little over Rs 47 crore.

O Romeo continued its solid theatrical run through the first week, collecting an estimated ₹47.15 crore net over seven days.

The highest single-day earning came on Day 2, when Saturday collections climbed to ₹12.65 crore, up 48.82% from the opening day. Sunday slipped to ₹9 crore, a 28.85% drop from Saturday, still keeping the three-day weekend at a comfortable ₹30.15 crore net.

Weekday business started with ₹4.85 crore on Monday, which was 46.11% lower than Sunday, mirroring usual post-weekend trends.

By Thursday, early estimates suggested a further slowdown with around ₹3.15 crore coming in, closing the seven-day India net at ₹47.15 crore.
