O' Romeo recorded a modest overall occupancy of 7.07% in theatres on Thursday, February 26, 2026, as per Sacnilk. Occupancy levels varied across different timings, with night shows performing better than the morning slot. Afternoon and evening sessions showed mid-range figures, while early shows saw the weakest response.

O Romeo completed 14 days in cinema halls with an estimated net of ₹61.55 crore, according to Sacnilk's early estimates. The film stayed steady across two weeks, with the first weekend bringing strong numbers and later days showing expected drops. Weekdays slowed, yet the second weekend still added useful business.

Across two full weeks, the film’s first seven days remained the main driver. O Romeo earned ₹47.1 crore in week one alone. The second week then contributed about ₹14.45 crore more, indicating moderate hold after the opening rush, especially over the second weekend.

The opening Friday set the base with ₹8.5 crore net. Collections jumped on day two to ₹12.65 crore, a growth of 48.82%. Day three, the first Sunday, saw ₹9 crore. This meant the opening weekend closed at ₹30.15 crore.

Weekday numbers in week one fell from that level, as usual for big releases. Monday recorded ₹4.85 crore, while Tuesday ticked up slightly to ₹5.35 crore. Business then eased to ₹3.65 crore on Wednesday and ₹3.1 crore on Thursday, taking the first-week tally to ₹47.1 crore.
